Method:
Fry fresh onions, sliced celery stems, chopped tomatoes, and zucchinis in olive oil in a deep bowl. Add salt, pepper and sugar, fry for 1 min and add vinegar and rice.
Cook the rice along with the vegetables.
In a pan fry garlic in olive oil. Add salt and lemon juice. Add shrimp.
Mix the rice and the shrimp together in a bowl and serve.
